Know before you go

In general, pets are not allowed on board
A stroller cannot be taken on board as for safety reasons, the aisle must be kept clear. You can of course leave your stroller at the store prior to boarding your cruise
Unfortunately, our boats are not accessible for wheelchairs. There are always three steps to be taken to board, and many gangways are accessible by stairs. If the wheelchair can be folded and you can climb a few steps, it is possible to board. For safety reasons, the aisle must be kept clear. The wheelchair cannot be taken on board every boat.
There is a toilet on board
Children up to and including 3 years old may board for free, the price for children from 4 to 12 years old is €12.50, and children older than 12 pay the same price as adults.
On board, the audio guide is in both English and Dutch, however we offer a mobile app which offers the audio guide in 17 other languages such as Spanish, Italian, French, etc. You can listen to the audio guide in your own language via the app with your own earphones or you can buy earphones from one of the Stromma shops.
